Community Guidelines

Last updated: October 23, 2026 · These guidelines sit alongside our Terms of Service.

BoothFill exists so college and high school athletic departments can find broadcasters they trust, and so broadcasters can build a reputation that travels. Everything below is here to protect that. They apply to every account: broadcasters, programs, community members, and admins.

1. Be who you say you are

Use your real name and your real school, league, or company. Do not create a second account to get around a suspension, and do not pose as another broadcaster, program, or staff member. Programs are reviewed before they can post gigs, and broadcaster profiles carry a verification status that admins check.

2. Keep the feed worth reading

Post about the work: games you covered, openings you are hiring for, gear and prep advice, questions worth answering. No spam, no repeated self-promotion, no unrelated commercial offers, and no posting the same thing over and over.

3. Respect the people on the other side

Broadcasters and programs work together in the same small industry. Harassment, threats, hate speech, slurs, and personal attacks are not allowed, in posts, comments, direct messages, or anywhere else on BoothFill.

4. Protect private information

Do not post another person's email, phone number, address, pay rate from a private conversation, or screenshots of a private message thread. Contact details are shared for bookings, not for the feed.

5. Only upload what is yours

Demo reels, clips, resumes, and photos must be yours to use. Do not upload a game broadcast or a highlight package you do not have the rights to.

6. Honor the bookings you make

When you confirm a gig, you are committing to it. Cancellations carry strikes under the Broadcaster Cancellation Policy in the Terms, and repeated cancellations lead to suspension. Programs are expected to pay the agreed rate for the work delivered, through the payment tracking on the platform.

7. Keep money on the platform

Discuss rates and confirm bookings through BoothFill so both sides have a record of what was agreed. Do not pressure anyone to move a confirmed booking off the platform to avoid fees.

8. What happens when these are broken

Reports go to the BoothFill team. Depending on what happened, we may remove a post or comment, send a warning, limit an account's access, or suspend it outright. Three cancellation strikes suspend a broadcaster's account automatically, and suspended accounts cannot apply to gigs while the profile stays visible.

To report something, use the Contact page with a link to the post or profile. If you believe an action against your account was a mistake, you can appeal the same way and a person will look at it.
